Swope Health Services’ Health Care for the Homeless Program is located at Health Services. This program provides primary care and support services including outreach, case management and outpatient drug and alcohol services, counseling and medication for homeless individuals. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s supportive service grants allow the program to provide prescription medication and collaborate with a behavioral healthcare program to serve the chronically mentally ill.

Swope Health Services houses the HCH project. On-site primary care is provided by the following clinics. Homeless outreach offers Betr Health and support services to homeless people at shelters and soup kitchens, drop in centers, treatment facilities, and other locations where they congregate.
